The suspension has play, the vehicle drives uneasily, and the MOT is due. The cause is clear: worn holes. Nevertheless, the only option for repair is often to replace the axle, an expensive intervention for a problem at a single point.

The LT-Extenderbolt eliminates the play directly in the axle. This saves you the costs and the work for a new axle.
When the suspension has play
Anyone who has ever worked on an Aebi transporter knows the situation: The axle has play, the suspension can be moved by hand, and the fault is quickly found. Then the question arises as to how the play can be fixed without replacing the entire assembly.
The cause usually lies in the hole
In the front and rear axle suspension, the bolts sit in standard holes. Over the years and with load changes in use, these holes become worn. A simple replacement bolt only brings temporary relief, as the play returns.
Our solution: the LT-Extenderbolt
The LT-Extenderbolt has a conical centre piece and sleeves. When tightened, the centre piece presses the sleeves against the holes of the suspension, filling the play up to 1 mm. This is less a repair than a material update: The suspension remains permanently free of play.
