The fight against steering play is a constant topic with tractors. Working in the fields is demanding. After just 500 working hours, the steering cylinder bolts can cause the axle joints to wear out. Then the steering has play. Simply using a normal steering bolt is of little use. After a short time, the play starts all over again.
The LT EXTENDERBOLT is a small bolt that achieves great things and can be installed in record time. It permanently solves the problem of steering play. Therefore, this material replacement is actually not a repair, but rather an update. When tightened, the conical middle piece presses the softer sleeves into the axle joint eyes, filling up to 1 mm of void.
The application area of the LT Extenderbolt is very large. In addition to vehicle steering, the LT Extenderbolt is used in articulated steering of wheel loaders, construction machinery, and other technical applications.
