Shipping Costs
- All shipments are made from the Trub factory (Incoterms EXW). This means: As soon as the goods are ready for collection at our premises, the responsibility for transport and risk passes to you.
- All shipping costs are in Swiss francs and exclusive of VAT. Depending on the size and nature of the goods, additional packaging costs may apply.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
For customers from Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, a flat rate of CHF 19.90 applies. This is charged once per working day: all orders received on the same working day will be combined and charged only once.
Excluded from the flat rate are cargo deliveries. Bulky or heavy goods that need to be shipped by freight will also be charged according to effort within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Shipping and international dispatches
Shipments via Planzer Cargo, FedEx or air and sea freight worldwide are charged according to effort. We will inform you of the costs upon request or with the order confirmation.
Additionally, there may be country-specific additional costs for VAT, customs clearance, or other local charges and taxes. These costs will be billed to you directly by the shipping company. As the sender, we have no influence over these costs.
