Replacement fuel injection pump: What you need to know
Sekar Zahra
What is a replacement injection pump?

The principle is simple: You order a refurbished injection pump from us. We deliver a pump that has already been professionally refurbished and tested. You then send your old pump back to us.

The exchange system in three steps

  1. You choose the suitable replacement injection pump for your tractor.
  2. You receive the refurbished and tested pump without having to wait for a repair of your own pump.
  3. You send your old pump back. It must be of the same type and repairable.
Which tractors are the replacement pumps suitable for?

Our replacement pumps are available for selected Fiat and New Holland models, including the Fiat series 45-66.

Compatibility depends on the vehicle

Whether a pump fits depends on the model, engine, and version of your tractor. Even tractors of the same series can have different pumps.
Contact us if you are unsure. We are happy to verify the information with you.

Typical signs of a faulty diesel injection pump

Starting problems

The engine starts poorly, takes a long time, or only starts when it is warm.

Loss of power

The tractor no longer pulls uphill or under load as usual.

Uneven engine running

The engine stutters, fluctuates at idle, or stalls by itself.

Increased smoke development

Black or white smoke may indicate inaccurate dosing.

Increased fuel consumption

If diesel consumption increases for the same work, it is worth taking a look at the entire tractor injection system.
