FRONT AND REAR WHEEL NUTS ON ALL-WHEEL DRIVE MODELS
Wheel nuts have been improved to enhance durability on four-wheel drive models.
Frequent wheel changes can cause the threads to wear, or the wheels can become loose if not properly maintained.
The new wheel nuts were introduced into production from the following serial numbers:
T6000 series: Z8BD10290 Z8BK1029
The threaded bolts of the rear wheels are now longer and the previous single nut and washer design has been replaced by a new one.
washer versions have been replaced by one-piece nut-washer versions.
This results in a close fit with the thread and improves the fastening of the wheels.
The bolts for the front wheels have been replaced by threaded bolts, which also have one-piece nut-washer versions.

Note: The washer can rotate freely on the nut.
For machines before the affected serial numbers:
If damaged wheels, wheel hubs or wheel bolts need to be replaced, or if
these parts keep loosening, it is recommended to fit the appropriate new parts.
Wheel fixing information:
The following information must be passed on to the customer or driver.
After fitting the new parts, or if wheel settings are changed, the wheel fasteners must be tightened according to the following instructions

1. tighten the wheel nuts between the rim and the axle hub according to the following specifications.
Front wheels (all-wheel drive): Tightening torque: 211 Nm
Rear wheels: Tightening torque: 250 Nm. 2.
Drive the tractor for 6 - 10 minutes and then tighten the wheel nuts according to the instructions.

After one hour of operation, tighten the wheel nuts according to the instructions. 4.
4. thereafter, tighten the wheel nuts daily according to the instructions until the bolts are
tightened to the appropriate tightening torques, i.e. they can no longer be moved when retightened.

The previous parts can be completely replaced with the new parts.
