If automatic mode is not selected, the Dynamic Command / Active Drive 8 (DCT) transmission will unintentionally change speed.
A spacer 48177058 has been installed on many units to adjust the air gap of the flywheel speed sensor 47766977.
This spacer was installed on all units with Dynamic Command / Active Drive 8 (DCT) transmissions built before 8 April 2018.
After this date, the spacer was no longer used because the machining of the gearbox housing was changed.
Check the air gap of the flywheel speed sensor. The default for the air gap is 0.5 - 3.7 mm.
If the air gap is not correct, machine the spacer part number 48177058 to achieve the correct setting.
