EGR exhaust gas recirculation valve

Error code 3675 - Long-term drift of the EGR valve in the closed position
Control module: ECU
The EGR valve actuator is displaced or the fully closed position cannot be reached (blocked or sooted actuator).
Fault description :
The EGR valve actuator is monitored for a long time shift by comparing the voltage compensation learnt first and last. The absolute value of the difference between the learnt voltage values in the closed position and the voltage value learnt first is over 200 mV.
Possible errors :
The EGR valve actuator is displaced or the fully closed position cannot be reached (blocked or sooted actuator)
Solution:
Check whether the error code is still present and active.
If the error is no longer active or present, put the machine back into operation.
If the fault is still present and active, replace the EGR valve assembly 5801669153 , and check again. Return to step 1 to check that the fault has been rectified.
