Remarks:
It is possible that the retaining bolts for the ring gear carrier on the front axle of the all-wheel drive (4WD) may come loose. If these screws come loose, oil may leak from the area of the hub seal on the planetary gearbox housing. Oil leaks from the bearings of the planetary reduction gear housing due to the reduced bearing preload. Screws can come loose and cause mechanical failure of the planetary gears in the planetary reduction gear housing.
To remedy this problem, NEW HOLLAND has introduced a new one-piece locking plate 47983461 in place of the six individual washers, which exerts a more even clamping force on the six bolts.
The new one-piece locking plate 47983461 is only available for tractors without front axle brakes.
Together with the new one-piece locking plate, NEW HOL-LAND also changed the steering knuckle 47875022 right 47875023 left the ring gear carrier 47875483 because the outer diameter of the hollow bushings was increased from 16 mm to 17 mm to ensure a more precise fit of the parts.
Tightening torque 84-93Nm
