The ValFix is the newest, lightest, most affordable spindle wedge on the market and another true innovation. With less than 1.4kg dead weight and a lifting force of over 15t, it generates more than 1000g(!)lifting force per 1g dead weight.
One secret of the ValFix is that it has the flattest wedge angle of all felling wedges on the market. Due to this low angle, it can be constructed particularly lightly and still generate high lifting forces.

In order to achieve practical lifting heights despite the low wedge angle, it has a completely new design. The ValFixt has a partially integrated spindle, which means that half the spindle is protected in the felling wedge and only the second half of the spindle is exposed. This means that the lower height of the felling wedge can be partly compensated for by a long spindle travel and it is compact enough for practical use.

This special design makes the ValFix:
    -especially short
    -has no axial bearing
-lowest dead weight of only 1.4kg
-no welded seam in the spindle - threaded spindle made from solid material
    -low wear

The ValFix may be operated with a maximum 500Nm impact wrench e.g. FMTIWF12 from Milwaukee
