Loxeal 54-03 Screw lock medium strength 50ml

The Loxeal 54-03 screw lock corresponds to Loctite 242 / 243.

The medium-strength blue Loxeal 54-03 threadlocker is suitable for all metals to secure threads under impact, vibration and pressure. The breakaway torque is 18Nm.

This threadlocker prevents fretting corrosion and seizure. In addition, Loxeal 54-03 maintains the pretension. Even lightly oiled screws are permanently and reliably secured. However, the breakaway strength is reduced.

Processing
Clean and degrease parts. Always apply threadlocker to the external thread only. Removal is possible by heating to approx. +150 °C.
