EQUIPPED WITH BOSCH AUXILIARY CONTROL UNITS
To improve durability and reliability, the oil lines between the hydraulic auxiliary control units and the quick couplers have been modified.
The banjo bolt end connection may crack if the pipe is misaligned or the banjo bolt is over-tightened.
Reinforced pipe fitted from serial number :
Series TLA: HJS06738 (production in Jesi).
Series TLA: EKS005218 (production in St. Valentin).
The wall thickness of the banjo bolt end connection on the oil lines was increased from 2 mm to 2.5 mm.
For units before the affected serial numbers:
If an oil line fails, it is recommended to fit the corresponding new oil line as a spare part.
Tighten the banjo bolt to a torque of 94 Nm.
The part numbers for the oil lines for the quick coupling have not changed.
