The warranty expires if,
- The installation is not carried out by a qualified professional.
- The pump is opened or otherwise tampered with.
- If the wrong or contaminated operating materials are used.
The LT-Shop does not assume any assembly and disassembly costs.

This is an alternative pump to the Bosch version which is no longer available.
New shut-off via ignition lock and solenoid valve.
Injection lines, throttle actuation, feed line, return line and shut-off via ignition lock must all be adjusted!
Therefore adjustment according to the textbook (markings are no longer correct).
Before replacing the pump, wash the engine clean! Check fuel (petrol, water or other impurities).
If the pump is mechanically defective, it is essential to replace the fuel and flush it out because of microchips. 1.
1. set engine flywheel to start injection Inject Bosch (working stroke 1 cylinder) (cover on left side of flywheel)
Turn the pump in the direction of rotation until the keyway is aligned with the first cylinder at the pipe connection nipple. 3.
Install the injection pump (note that the markings on the injection pump gearwheel no longer match). 4.
4. fine adjustment with dial gauge (Inject Bosch at flywheel, the injection pump piston must have 1 mm stroke).
Can be measured with a dial gauge on the plug in the middle of the injection line connections on the injection pump.
(Attention for 3 cylinder injection pumps the piston of the 6 cylinder pump has been installed !)
