Repair kit PTO clutch

Install two O-rings between the flange and the drive shaft.
Noise or chattering of the front PTO drive shaft.

The chattering noise is generated between the teeth from the flange (part number 1-35-727-805) and the drive shaft splines (part number 1-35-727-808).
If the chattering noise occurs, perform the following procedure to reduce the noise:
Remove the 6 retaining bolts from the front PTO housing (three bolts on the left and three on the right).
Disconnect the 18 bar supply to the front PTO.
Remove the hexagon socket fixing screw marked in figure 2.
Pull out the front PTO gearbox with the drive shaft by about 20 cm.
Unscrew the second hexagon socket screw.
Remove the drive shaft from the gearbox.
Grind a 5 mm deep chamfer (angle) with an angle of 45 degrees at the end of the drive shaft.
Lubricate the chamfer with some grease.
Insert the two O-rings into the flange without grease.
Install the front PTO with the drive shaft and secure the Allen screws with threadlocker (such as Loctite 242).
