TORQUE DAMPER - DEFECTIVE PULSE FINGER

DESCRIPTION:
In some cases, the flywheel speed sensor pulse fingers located on the torque damper have been reported to be cracked near the rivet head or broken off.
The failure of the pulse finger can lead to the following problems:
T7000 series:
Error code 2075 is displayed (signal error flywheel speed sensor).
This also leads to a loss of the drive.
TM series:
Error code F70 is displayed (torque damper error).
This also leads to a loss of the drive.
A new torque damper has been introduced into production from the following serial numbers:
T7000 series: Z7BG02575
TM series: ACM287419
The impulse fingers of the new torque damper are made of a more resistant material.
For machines before the affected serial numbers:
If the torque damper's impulse fingers fail, it is recommended to install a damper of the latest design.
The latest version torque damper is fully interchangeable with the previous version.
