WHEEL HUB AND FRONT AXLE SEALS
EQUIPPED WITH CLASS 1 FRONT AXLE, WITH ALL-WHEEL DRIVE, WITHOUT FRONT WHEEL BRAKES

Cracking of the wheel hub may occur, especially on tractors equipped with front loaders or front linkages.
To improve durability and reliability, the front wheel hub and steering knuckle housing have been redesigned.

The new steering knuckle housings have been modified. If a new steering knuckle is fitted, a new cassette seal 47123727 (outer Ø 160mm) must be fitted. (Old sealing ring outside 154mm)
It is recommended to fit the new oil seal using the special tool 380000287.
Any attempts to fit the seals without the special tool will result in damage or defects to the seal. The special tool can be purchased from LT (Purchased 380000287-LT )or (Rented 380000287-MIETE).

Steering knuckle housing (Supersteer 87538053/87538056 Standard 87538071/87538062 )

The wheel hub and cassette seal rings were introduced into production from the following serial numbers:
TNA , TNDA, TNSA series: HJE074566
TNNA series: HJB076535
TNFA series: HJU076628

The new wheel hubs (87542213 TNNA/TN75FA) (87542225 TNDA/TNSA/TNA/TN85FA/TN95FA) have an improved sealing surface and have been reinforced.

For machines before the affected serial numbers:
The new cassette sealing rings cannot be fitted together with the old steering knuckle housing.

Centring 225mm 6xM16x1.5 TK285mm
Tightening torque wheel bolts 170-206Nm
