    Product information:

    A new aluminium cover metal seal and cassette seal ring has been introduced to improve the sealing of the rear crankshaft.
    Attention there are two different aluminium covers 87537523 with 2 threaded holes at the bottom and 87537524 without threaded holes.

    Assembly instructions
    - Clean the sealing surfaces
    - Loosely mount gasket 87801610 and aluminium cover 87537523/87537524 with screws.
    - Mount the cassette sealing ring 87381732 (with assembly tool 297194 or 297116, never with a hammer!)
    - Align the aluminium cover with the exact edge of the engine oil pan and tighten the screws slightly.
    - Check that the aluminium cover is still exactly aligned with the oil pan.
    - Tighten the screws in the correct sequence with 16-23Nm. (Assembly sequence can be downloaded as a PDF from
