    Ensure that the Lift-O-Matic/quick lift cable is set correctly
    Symptom
    Lift-O-Matic lever (quick lift) stiff.
    Power lift does not lower or only lowers slowly.
    Solution
    Ensure that the Lift-O-Matic (quick lift) cable is correctly adjusted. If the Lift-O-Matic cable is incorrectly adjusted, bent or kinked, the control block valve pin is not moved completely. This leads to a slow lowering speed of the three-point hitch.

    As a guideline: At approx. 20 C°, a properly adjusted, unloaded three-point hitch is lowered from the fully raised position in approx. 10 to 15 seconds.

    Adjust the LOM cable according to the following instructions:

    CAUTION : Ensure that no tools are connected and be sure to keep clear of moving parts.

    Start the engine and activate the Lift-o-Matic to raise the lift.
    Switch off the motor and unscrew the cable adjuster to the end of the thread.
    Press the LOM lever until it engages.
    Tighten the adjuster until the arms begin to lower.
    Adjust the setting precisely to equalise the lowering speed and leverage.
