Tecnord PWM solenoid valves 87687115 do not work properly (identification feature angular coil brass hexagon on valve head and angular coil), these have been replaced by CNH with Tecnord PVM solenoid valves 84148281 latest version, identification feature is additional slot on valve head.
These need new software 53.02.00.00 and all 4 valves must be replaced.
Jerky start-up, this valve can be the cause.calibration necessary take 380000282-MIETE
In case of further problems (hard shifting and shuttle behaviour, bad start-up with the clutch pedal), use a Parker PWM valve,
install Parker PWM valve 5168054 with round coil winding.
Parker PWM solenoid valves require software 03.02.00.00.
New gearbox electronics box (87739361) are equipped with software 03.01.00.00 and must be updated to software 03.02.00.00 if Parker valves are fitted.
Procedure for quick fill adjustment:
1. park the tractor on a firm, level surface. Apply the parking brake.
2. connect the diagnostic device
3. navigate within the H menu using the "h" or "m" buttons built into the instrument panel. Using the light intensity switch, select the product code PA, the
H3 menu and the transmission subsystem. The following display appears on the LCD monitor (product code PA, mode H3, gearbox options, "ch _ _"). 4:
4. select "Ch_2 - Quick Fill Clutch A" using the "h" or "m" buttons built into the instrument panel. After a short pause, the quick fill value is then displayed. 5.
Use the "h" or "m" buttons to set the quick fill value shown in the list below. 6.
6. press the enter button (light intensity switch) on the instrument panel to save the setting.
7. Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 for channels 3, 4 and 5 with the quick fill values given below.
New quick-fill settings for the new TECNORD PWM solenoid valves with
part number 84148281 and gearbox software version 53.02.00.00:
Quick fill setting channel 2, coupling A = A 40
Quick fill setting channel 3, coupling B = B 40
Quick fill setting channel 4, clutch C = C 40 (new value)
Quick fill setting channel 5, coupling D = D 40 (new value)
The quick fill settings for the PARKER PWM solenoid valves with part number
part number 5168054 and gearbox software version 03.02.00.00 remain unchanged and are as follows:
Quick fill setting channel 2, coupling A = A 40
Quick fill setting channel 3, clutch B = B 40
Quick fill setting channel 4, coupling C = C 60
Quick fill setting channel 5, coupling D = D 60
