Product information:
1: You will need masking tape, a spray bottle with diluted washing-up liquid and a tape measure.
2: Use the masking tape to mark the place where you want to attach the type plate.
3. use your spray bottle to mix a solution of 20 drops of washing-up liquid in one litre of water. Carefully spray the soapy water onto the clean area where you want to apply the film.
4. place the graphic face down and peel off the wax paper. Then spray the solution onto the back of the vinyl sign. Make sure that the graphic adheres to the adhesive tape.
5. apply the graphic to the desired location while the surface is still very wet. The soapy water will allow you to slide the graphic into place. Gently rub the graphic with the palm of your hand. (The water has no effect on the adhesion; it only serves to position the graphics and remove the air bubbles). Use an old credit card or squeegee to squeeze the water out from under the graphics. Squeegee in all directions and repeat the process several times. This process will remove air and water from under the graphics.

7. Allow the graphics to dry completely. The time required for drying depends on the temperature and humidity. Estimated time: 80 degrees - 30 minutes, 70 degrees - 3 hours, 50 degrees - 4 to 6 hours. These are recommendations ONLY.... graphics must dry thoroughly before the next step.
8. slowly peel off the clear tape before applying; the graphic will adhere to the sheet metal. If the graphic does not adhere to the sheet metal, you have not waited long enough for the water behind the graphic to dry; repeat the process with the squeegee and allow to dry.
9. now check for bubbles. If you find any, apply a small piece of tape over the area; press it to the next edge. If you still have a small bubble, you can crush it with a pin. Small bubbles will disappear from the sun over time.
