Taper roller bearing 70x110x21mm radius 6mm

Attention only install original bearings, must have radius 6mm at inner ring !

Before fitting the front axle drive bearings (part number 5164622), apply Loctite 680 to the inner diameter surface of both bearings and the wheel hub surface. This will permanently secure the bearings to the hub to prevent the slight movement that causes wear to the hub.

Install the spacer ring (part number 5166183, between the two bearings, and tighten the lock nuts (part numbers 5165277 and 5169116, to the correct torque of 392 Nm. Make sure that the nut is tightened to this torque. Check the rolling torque 7.5-18.7kg measured with string on the wheel bolts Secure the nut with the lock nut.

As the parts wear, the tightening torque of the nut decreases. Play could occur in this area. For this reason, after 600 to 700 hours of operation, unlock the hub fixing nut and retighten it to 392 Nm. Check the rolling torque again.
