Transmission is difficult or impossible to shift into reverse or forward gear.
This only applies to models equipped with the synchronised shifting transmission.
When shifting from forward or reverse in the opposite direction, the system does not change the direction of the unit.
The retaining clip on the forward/reverse lock cable 8734322 slips and does not hold the cable in place, locking the system in the previously selected direction.
The latest locking cable 84277707 with an improved retaining clip is in production and available for service.
The latest locking cable has been put into production starting with the following serial number:
ZAJH16391 and ZAJL16213.
