The new doors feature the following improvements:
- New glass with optimised curvature to allow a tighter fit on the cab frame.
- Revised interior handle.
- The cab interior light switch is now located further down the cab B-pillar than before.

The new left door assembly cannot be installed on earlier units as the position of the interior cab light switch on the B-pillar has been changed. To change the mounting location of the switch would require drilling into the cab frame, which is not permitted.
