DESCRIPTION:
To improve durability and reliability, the electronics box for the automatic four-wheel drive
automatic four-wheel drive and front PTO, for the electronic linkage control and the powershuttle/dual command electronics box.
The seal on the circuit board of this electronics box can leak if the machine is operated at high ambient temperatures for long periods of time. If the sealing effect deteriorates, the electronic components are unprotected and can corrode.
PRODUCTION:
The new electronics box 87316119 for the automatic all-wheel drive was
introduced into production:

The new electronics boxes have a new housing seal and a new protective coating for the circuit board.
For machines before the affected serial numbers:
If one of the electronics boxes fails, it is recommended to install the new electronics box as a spare part.
The defect of an electronics box can lead to one or more of the following error codes being displayed

Electronics box for the automatic four-wheel drive and the front PTO shaft:
Fault code 11: There is a circuit interruption at fuse F9 or the associated wiring. The all-wheel drive is permanently engaged and the front PTO shaft is not working.
Fault code 15: The electromagnetic clutch of the front PTO is short-circuited to 12 V
short-circuited or the ECU has failed. The front PTO shaft does not work.
Fault code 16: The electromagnetic clutch of the front PTO is disconnected or shorted to ground. The front PTO shaft does not work.
Fault code 17: The coil of the electromagnetic clutch is short-circuited or the wiring is short-circuited to +12 V. The front PTO shaft is not working.

Fault code 18: There is a voltage drop in the power supply to the ECU. The front PTO shaft is not working.
Fault code 19: The voltage in the ECU power supply is too high. The
front PTO shaft is not working.
Error code 29: The engine speed signal sent by the alternator is not received by the ECU. The front PTO shaft is not working.
Fault code 32: The coil for detecting the slip is disconnected, shorted to +12 V
or the coil is defective. The front PTO shaft is not working.
